Yes. We agree how site check-ins, progress updates and decisions will work while you are away.

Can you furnish the home after the build?

Yes. Our interior design service covers furniture, lighting, custom millwork, installation and styling. We can also arrange ongoing property care.

How much does Lush’s build support cost?

The fee depends on the help you need and our level of involvement. We agree the scope and fees with you before starting.

What should I send Mary about my building plans?

Send the location, your current stage, timing and the help you need. Include plans and a working budget if you have them. You can contact us before buying a site or once work has begun.
