Your information

Privacy & enquiries.

Lush in Paradise uses the information you provide to review your request, respond, and coordinate the services you ask about.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, contact details, service choice, property area, timing, and message. Depending on your request, we may also collect travel dates, group size, rental budget, excursion choice and pickup community. We also keep limited source information, such as the referring site and campaign identifiers, to understand where enquiries come from. Please do not send identity documents, card details, passwords, or property access codes through this form.

Who handles your request

Mary and the Lush team handle service enquiries. OneCompass supports the website and lead operations. Relevant information may be shared with an assigned team member to respond or deliver the work you request. An introduction to an outside property contact or service provider is confirmed with you first.

Excursion referrals to Ride On

If you choose the Ride On sharing option, we email your name, email address, activity, requested date, adult and child counts, and pickup community to Ride On Transfers & Tours for pricing and availability. We record your choice and give Mary an email record of the request. Your phone number, free-text message and marketing source information are not included in the automatic referral.

Ride On handles its quote and any subsequent booking arrangements. A referral does not confirm a booking, price or availability. You can leave this sharing option unchecked and ask Mary to follow up instead.

Storage and notifications

Website enquiries are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Where email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the details needed to notify our team. These providers may process information outside Costa Rica. Access is limited to people supporting your enquiry and the service.

Optional website measurement

Google, Microsoft and Meta measurement load only after your choice. “Allow cookies” permits analytics and advertising measurement cookies and sending advertising measurement data, including ad-click identifiers, to Google, Microsoft and Meta to understand which ads lead to enquiries. It also enables Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings of page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. The enquiry form and its confirmation are explicitly masked. Page content is also masked through a site-wide attribute. Google personalized advertising and Google Signals remain disabled with every choice. “No thanks” leaves optional measurement off.

Choose “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Declining removes accessible first-party measurement cookies and stops future site measurement. This does not delete previously collected data. Your choice is saved in this browser when local storage is available. Older Google-only choices require a new choice and are never treated as permission for Microsoft measurement or recordings.

Names, messages, email addresses and phone numbers from the enquiry form are not sent as analytics event parameters or enhanced-conversion data. Bounded campaign labels may be included for source measurement; campaign names should not contain personal information. Campaign and click identifiers may also be retained privately with your enquiry to respond to and reconcile your request, independently of optional Google measurement. Measurement and excursion-sharing choices are separate, and declining optional measurement does not prevent an enquiry.

Microsoft receives technical data such as device and browser information, page and referring URLs, interaction data, and consented identifiers. Clarity reads URLs independently of our analytics event parameters. We skip Microsoft measurement on pages with unrecognized query fields or potentially sensitive referring URLs; this reduces coverage and cannot guarantee that every visitor-supplied label is free of personal data. Microsoft handles data under its Privacy Statement. Changing your choice stops future site measurement and requests Clarity stop recording, but cannot retract data already sent or network requests already in flight. Only accessible first-party cookies can be removed by this website.

Meta Pixel receives page views and a Lead event only after an enquiry is confirmed saved, with the service category and a random event identifier. It receives browser and device information, page and referring URLs, and consented identifiers such as ad-click IDs and the _fbp and _fbc cookies. Meta may use this data for advertising measurement and audiences. Automatic form-data matching and automatic event detection are disabled; we do not send form contact details or message contents to Meta. We skip Meta tracking on unrecognized URLs or potentially sensitive referring URLs. These checks reduce coverage and cannot guarantee that every visitor-supplied campaign label is free of personal information. Global Privacy Control disables Meta tracking. Meta handles information under its Privacy Policy. Changing your choice cannot retract requests already in flight or data already received by a provider.
