We work in Hacienda Pinilla, Tamarindo, Las Catalinas, and Playa Flamingo. Nosara and other locations are considered by arrangement. Share your location and scope so we can confirm coverage.
Can you help while I am outside Costa Rica?
Yes. We can start with a video walkthrough and your references, then agree on the decisions, updates, and site coordination needed for your project.
Do you take on smaller projects?
We review room refreshes, furniture packages, rental resets, and larger interiors. Share the scope, location, timing, and budget so we can confirm a fit.
How do we set the design budget and scope?
Start with your priority rooms, references, timing, and budget. Mary reviews the design, sourcing, delivery, and installation work needed, then agrees the scope and approval steps with you.
Can you look after the house afterward?
Property management is available under a separate scope. That can include regular checks, vendor coordination, and preparing the home for your arrival.
